Weight Gain

I’m 5′ 11” and weigh around 145 lbs, which means, that I’m way too skinny.

Now I’ve set a goal for myself to get to 175 lbs as fast as possible.

So I googled “how to get fat” and found a few interesting articles. Through my research I came to the conclusion, that I’ll have to get 3500 kilocalories a day. In 100 grams of cooked pasta there’s about 150 kilocalories to be found. So I’ll somehow have to force 2.5 kilograms of pasta down my throat each day. How that is going to happen I still don’t know, but it has something to do with 6 meals a day and probably something greasier than pasta – like bacon! (100 grams of bacon contain about 550 kilocalories)

These days it seems that being skinny is not considered a problem – it’s even perceived to be desirable. But being underweight is unhealthy, too: Anemia, osteoporosis and a weakened immune system are just some of the risks underweight people are running.

I’m not saying obesity isn’t a problem, but I’m ignorant enough to believe that it’s harder to eat constantly than it is to stop eating and get some exercise. No offense.

So now my top priority has become to constantly have some food on its way to my mouth.
